The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Please note that a lot of these items are vintage and require a great deal of care when repositioning. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged.
★ All crew and talent must take off their shoes when walking on the carpet. We will provide you with booties to cover your shoes, talent can wear shoes on carpet while filming / shooting.
★ Furniture is for talent ONLY. Please bring what you need for crew or rent our tables and chairs.
★ Food and drinks are NOT allowed within the sets. Please eat outside or in the open area in the kitchen.
★ Cover C-Stands with tennis balls
★ NO smoking on the premises.
★ NO PETS unless approved for production.
★ Heavy body make-up is not permitted to be used indoors on furniture seeing as it stains them.
★ NO FAKE BLOOD allowed under any circumstance.
★ No standing on the furniture.
★ No sitting on the back of furniture (i.e. the couches).
★ You are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of scheduled wrap time.
★ We have hard in and hard out times please do not show up before your scheduled start time and we need to see taillights at your scheduled end time. As stated above we will give a 15 minute grace period but if you are on our property after that you will be charged for the full hour.
★ Every person that comes through the studio during your production is counted as a head. Please note that we do NOT allow the switching out of ppl. EX. If you have 10 ppl it needs to be the same 10 ppl the entire day. "Switching" will increase your headcount and we will charge accordingly. Prices are reflected on the listing.
★ Production must carry out their own trash, any bags left behind will incur a fee. There are dumpsters behind the building.
★ We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location.
★ NO to the following:
- Pornography or Nudity of any kind
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
