About the Space
Welcome to our secret garden! We are delighted to share our beautiful outdoor space with you. The space is perfect for small gatherings, intimate performances, supper clubs, photoshoots and more. The 900sqft patio is divided into different sections for dining, sofa seating, performance/flexible open space, and lounge bed. The patio is above an alley and next door to restaurants. There are various electrical units that do make noise in the surrounding area.

General Rules
We ask that all guests treat our home and our neighbors with care, kindness and respect
To be respectful to our neighbors, we have strict close-down times (10pm on weeknights, 11pm at weekends).
Smoking is permitted outside only. Any evidence of smoking indoors will incur additional cleaning fees.
You are welcome to bring your own catering, or we can work with you to provide this.
All attendees must be 21+ to BYOB
All music and speaker plans must be agreed with us in advance
The space is flexible, but any moving of furniture must be agreed upon in advance. Most furniture will be moved by us only.
All trash must be neatly collected in bins provided
Set up and break down must be within the hours booked
No glitter or confetti - additional cleaning charges will apply

Health and Safety Measures
We clean thoroughly between and before every use of the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
