About the Space
Tons of natural light in studio loft with huge windows. The studio is well kept and clean to ensure your photos look flawless. The 20 foot tall concrete walls, and 15 foot tall windows allows pros and beginners alike to produce gorgeous images. Central A/C, Heat, WiFi and Filtered Water is included. # of Guests: Please be upfront about the total number of guests attending. This includes all guests throughout your entire booking, not how many guests are there at one time. If more guests arrive than anticipated notify the studio host as soon as possible. If you have more guests than stated and do not notify, the appropriate rate will be added. PARKING: One included parking space located next to studio entrance for easy load in or secure talent parking. START TIME: Often we are getting the space as clean and beautiful as possible before your booking, or their is a shoot before yours, so please relay to your team that nobody can enter the studio until your booked start time. You can message us if you arrive early to see if we are ready for you. NOTE: ***This is not a soundproof studio. This studio is across the street from a school, and occasionally the marching band will be practicing so any shoot with dialogue or noise sensitive material please be aware.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
