1/ Please take your shoes off at the door 2/ Please be respectful of the neighbors (no excessive noise etc) 3/We may be able to accommodate late checkout for a $50 fee. Please ask in advance. 4/Please be do not make excessive noise between 11pm-8am. First noise warning no penalty. Second warning US$200 penalty fee. Third warning eviction. 5/ It is not permitted for more people to sttay in the home other than number stipulated in the reservation, there is a US$500 dollars penalty fee if violated. 6/ Please do not litter on the property or throw anything off/onto the roof 7/ Please dispose of the garbage in the garbage cans located in the garage. 8/If home is left a disaster, an extra US$50 to US$100 will be applied as penalty for extra cleaning. Renter pays for any excessive damage. 9/ Please remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioning whenever you are not in the apartment. DO NOT put temperature of AC under 68 degrees celsius. 10/ Trash day is Friday. Please put the trash cans in front of the garage on Thursday night and put them back in the garage on Friday Morning after the garbage pickup. 11/ In the event that you lose a key or the remote control of the garage, or any kayaks or bikes are stolen/lost, please let us know as soon as possible. 12/ The towels are strictly for the bathroom: They must not be used as beach towels or rags. Damaged towels will be charged US$20.00 each. 13/Garbage must not be left on the terrace: it must be taken to the trash. Indecent exposure, indecent language or misconduct is not allowed. Violation of any of these and eviction of the property will be eminent. 14/. No professional filming or photography in the property or surroundings unless photo release fees are paid. 15/ Hosts are available from 8am until 10pm. Host is not responsible for any issues with your reservation or your stay outside of these time slots. If something goes wrong you may have to wait. Technicians to fix any issues in the home are subject to availability, things do go wrong sometimes. We will work as hard as possible to fix them. 16/ Illegal substances or activities are not allowed in the properties or common areas. 17/We are not responsible for belongings left behind in the properties. 18/ Your host might ask you to provide pictures of your passport/government ID for building security purposes. 19/ Do not unplug the internet router
