About the Space
The space can accommodate up to 22 people. Has a nice natural day light and bright color. The design is inspired by African and Brazilian influences. It has a nice brick wall that matched a dark brown wooden frame. The chairs are wrapped with African fabric prints that chine with the black marble tables. It also has a walls with a nice yellow color and green representing the Brazilian flag.

General Rules
We don’t sell alcohol or have a license to do so.
We are ok with outside catering but we also offer our own catering services.
No smoking is allowed inside the building.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Since it’s an operating restaurant we have 11 cameras in the space recording. However they can be turned off if requested.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We will require to all guest to follow the Alameda County health department guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
