Please visit our main studio THE RESERVOIR PHILLY @thereservoirphilly PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY This is the sister studio to the rated number one STUDIO in PHILADELPHIA, Reservoir New Jersey Photo and Podcast STUDIO. - Photography, Podcast and Music Videos are allowed. Music Videos are ONLY allowed to be filmed MONDAY - FRIDAY 6pm-Midnight and SATURDAY - SUNDAY 9am-11pm. (Why? It’s limited due to its location. It’s located inside a business complex with other businesses around. Offices for law, childcare and insurance If you want a music video location during different hours, we have a Philadelphia studio that’s our primary music video location.) @thereservoirphilly - Ready to record podcast studio featuring 4 microphones and 4 headphones with a recording device Rode Procaster. When booking at the studio, you MUST select whether you are planning on using the Photo section of the location or if you are using the Podcast section of the studio. If you wanted to use both, there is an option for that in the ADD ONS section. If you book the studio without reading this. You will only be given access to the photo studio. If you wanted the podcast studio, then you will only be given access to the podcast studio. If you plan on using both, you will be charged to use both of them. Both are not included. There is a ramp as well. Property Rules and Regulations A full list of property rules and regulations can be found in the lease agreement and also below. Please read through it and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. General Rules • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Please do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at lets say 10:00am — do not arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time to set up and breakdown, please factor this in and book more time. * The LED tubes are for rental.  * We are also a Podcast studio and if you have selected the podcast area you will have access to ONLY the podcast area. Using the photography section of the studio in addition to the podcast studio is an extra charge. Headphones, microphones and recording device all comes with your booking when you book the podcast room. We do have a TV with an HDMI cable if you need to attached a computer for playback of videos and other things. We do offer videography of your podcast but that is an additional charge found in the add ons sections of Peerspace. 

 * There are Seamless Paper Backdrops. These are included in your hourly booking. We ask that you please take care of them and make sure your shoes or feet are not extremely dirty before stepping on them.

 * There is a studio light, light dome and stand. This is not part of your hourly booking. There is an addition cost to use it. Please be sure to add it in the add ons sections of Peerspace.

 * No smoking inside our studio whatsoever (this includes weed and cigarettes) — if you want to smoke, go outside in your car or there is a designated area in the parking lot by the GRANT building. This is a non negotiable. No rolling cigarettes or blunts of any kind in the studio or the buildings bathrooms. If found doing so, your card that you used on Peerspace will be immediately charged a $250 fee for breaking this simple rule.

 * Any food and drinks brought into the studio must be taken with you when you leave. Do not leave uneaten food and half full drinks in the trashcan or in the room. Failing to comply will result in an addition $25 cleaning fee noted in a review left on peerspace.

 * You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. The $25 cleaning fee on the listing is simply our site rep fee that goes to our site rep who will be there on the day of the booking. 

 * No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $125 fee.

 * No Pyro of any kind (unless you have permit or a fire marshal present) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee. 

 * No Fake blood / No Squibs / No Color Smoke Bombs — Failing to comply is a $125 fee.

 * We allow music to be played -- but at a respectable level as there other business operating at this location. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC. 

 * Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "taillights" must be be within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8pm to avoid being billed an extra hour. There also may be a booking directly after or before yours so please be courteous to this timeframe because you know you would not be happy if you showed up to your booking and the booking before you exceeded their time and cutting into your time. 

 * We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking.

 * If you completely break something of The Reservoir property, you will be required to replace it. 

 * We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • We are not a sound stage! This is in its purest form, the building is more or less an office building. So there are sometimes other businesses working, phone calls and meetings. We are not a sound stage. Using our studio, you understand the risks of recording audio as we have other companies near us that we cannot control the sounds the make and when they make them. If you need complete silence for your interview or film/documentary, we are not the location for you. There have been countless large companies such as HBO, Showtime, Fender Guitars and many Movie Productions that have came in for just recording interviews and dialog. It is a very quiet space especially for an industrial area. BUT PLEASE BE AWARE there is other businesses operating below our studio and they occasionally do start their trucks,power wash their vehicle,open garage doors and play music. Sometimes 1-2 times a day. It’s not extremely loud but you do hear it. Please be aware that this may happen during your interview. If you do need complete silence without possible interruptions the entire booking time, our space may not be for you. I’d say it’s quiet about 95 % of the time. And if there is noise from elsewhere it lasts for a few minutes. These locations are not partners or associated with the reservoir Philly. They are entirely separate entities and I do not have the right to control what they do with their business or the sound they make. So this is a heads up about the rarely occasional noise from downstairs. There is also the HVAC System which may play a small part as well. We can control this for you to turn it off for you via wireless control. Otherwise the space is quiet. You will not be refunded if you did not read this prior to booking. By booking this space you agree and understand that there will be the risk and chance of occasional sounds that I have mentioned above.
