About the Space
Natural light studio, creates beautiful light and airy images on the all white side. White walls, floor, white painted brick and windows with sheers. The studio space actually has two different sides one all white and the other a beautiful blue wall with dark floors to create more moody art. There is also a moveable white shiplap wall (the other side hangs a hand painted canvas) Lovely furniture included. Add on Queen blow up mattress, with white duvet. It's advised to bring your own pillows and blankets. Space is located on the second floor; unfortunately no elevator. As a reminder about the NE Minneapolis Neighborhood parking situation: -Saturday afternoon is the worse -Sunday afternoon isn’t much better -Mornings are better -Weekdays are best A Parking Permit is available but must be left in the studio when you leave. There are two available; one for you and one for your guests. If they are missing after you're rental you will be charged $150 for replacement. *Inquire for the most up to date availability. Peerspace calendar is not always up to date. Please only submit bookings for 2 hour minimums, I am currently not accepting 1 hour bookings*

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
