About the Space
Our house is a fantastic location for film production. Exceptional design makes it perfect for all kinds of commercial filming and photo shooting. We offer plenty of space to work with: 4000 sq ft, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, three floors, multiple decks, garage and two game rooms. The house is situated on two acres of land and surrounded by woods. By utilising all these spaces you might need just one location to film the entire movie. There is plenty of on street parking.

Lighting description
There are big panoramic windows. Natural light can be blocked by the blackout curtains (in every room except the kitchen). The brightest time of the day is from 10 am till 3 pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
No, you can not hear neighbours: the house is on the very quiet street and has woods around it. Appliances are not noisy. You can hear a little bit of AC system, but the sound is very subtle.

Equipment loading description
There is a large loading zone in front of the garage. The garage leads to the house, and there are no steps to get into the garage. One step to get inside the house. The loading trucks can stay at the property, if needed.

Electrical system description
I do not know the power rating. There are about 50 outlets throughout the property. The circuit breaker is on the basement level, in the bedroom with the three beds and TV, behind the door.

General Rules
We are asking for you to respect our home. Violation of our house rules will result in the immediate eviction without any refund.
This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
Please do not smoke in the house or on any porches or decks.
FILM PERMIT. We require a film permit from a local film commission
INSURANCE. We require a Commercial liability insurance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: We might require a refundable security deposit if your insurance coverage is not sufficient. Security deposit will be refunded to you the next day after the check out if there is no damage to the house and no violation of the house rules.
PARKING: Guests must park only in our parking lot, on the driveway and in the street in front of our house. We can only accommodate up to 12-13 cars. Please make sure that your visitors are aware of the parking limitations, and use carpool or taxi.
CATERING is allowed outside, or in the garage.
ALCOHOL is not allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Guests can move furniture around the house, but must not be removed from the building. Wall decorations can be removed.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have three exterior cameras showing front door, parking lot, and back yard. Cameras will be on during your stay.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleaning very seriously. Our house is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
