About the Space

Our large 4000 sq ft house is perfect for special events like family reunions, birthday parties, and even small weddings. Exceptional design makes our house a great place for filming and photo shooting. The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, three floors, multiple decks, garage and two game rooms. It is situated on two acres of land and surrounded by woods. All the areas could be used for events and filming.

We are asking for you to respect our home. Violation of our house rules will result in the immediate eviction without any refund. This is NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Please do not smoke in the house or on any porches or decks. We have a $400 fine for any evidence of smoking in the house. Please smoke in the backyard or in the front yard. GOVERNMENT ID: We require a government ID (driver's licence) from the person who booked the reservation. SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $500 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded to you the next day after the check out if there is no damage to the house and no violation of the house rules. CELEBRATIONS are not allowed without the prior written permission of the owner. Maximum number of people at the property during the working hours is 50. For overnight stays maximum is 20 people. PARKING: Guests must park only in our parking lot, on the driveway and in the street in front of our house. We can only accommodate up to 12-13 cars. Please make sure that your visitors are aware of the parking limitations, and use carpool or taxi. CATERING is allowed outside, or in the garage. ALCOHOL allowed only with the prior written permission of the owner. PETS must be included in your reservation request. We charge a pet fee: $75 per pet per stay. Please pick up poop after your pets!
