About the Space
This restaurant/venue is a non-profit location to support the community and was renovated during Covid. To its now vibe Long Beach meets Habana vibes. With our high ceilings with tropical greenery décor and mood lighting. You know we are hear to set a vibe. Space also includes to stage area inside and out for all your event needs. Perfect for any event you can imagine: business meetings, art expo, music event birthdays, baby showers, engagement dinners, proposal's.

Access to two parking lots located on the west and east side of building, with a grand total of appx 25 slots.

Cameras will remain on, they are located inside the venue as well as outside, bathrooms are NOT in camera view.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
All surface area are cleaned and sterilized daily, this includes all counter tops/ tables, floors, restrooms, table condiments and chairs.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
