Perfect property to film and photo shoots. This is an active farm (only a small amount is currently utilized, we have no livestock), we prefer film and photo shoots but are open to other types of bookings. We have 94 acres with a variety of landscapes. - 30 Acres of Hay fields - 1.5 acre pond - rose garden - meadows with small ponds - evergreen forest - maple/oak forest - large power line easement (beautiful views) - Old farm house - Fallen barn

Majority of the space is outdoors, but the mobile home, which is available to guests is thoroughly cleaned between guests
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
