About the Space
This venue is a beautiful location for outdoor events in Seattle - engagement parties, bridal shower brunch, rehearsal dinner, small weddings, corporate receptions, cocktail parties and more. The view is spectacular and guests thoroughly enjoy soaking in the unique skyline ambiance. The outdoor event space capacity depends on the event format: A cocktail party with passed menu items and drinks, up to 50 guests. A wedding ceremony with row seating, up to 32 guests. A sit down meal, up to 24 guests. The outdoor area includes one upper patio area 20.5’x20’ with two stairs descending to one lower patio area measuring 11’x14’. The rental includes access to a kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room area, as well as the primary event space which is outdoors. This venue is only available for ten events per year and is booking 2023 events now. Catering and hosting services may be available.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
