Tonstudio mit Sitz in Berlin. Wir sind ein unabhängiges Studio auf Peerspace, das mit zwei Regieräumen, einem großen Aufnahmeraum und einer Küche ausgestattet ist. Alle Räume sind akustisch optimiert für ein großartiges Aufnahmeerlebnis. Der Raum eignet sich hervorragend für die Aufnahme aller Arten von Instrumenten, Stimmen und Klängen. Er wird als Aufnahme- und Proberaum genutzt. Alle Räume verfügen über eine hochwertige Akustikinstallation und einen sehr futuristischen Look. Der Korridor wird normalerweise als Chill- und Co-Working-Bereich genutzt. Viele Fotoshootings wurden im Korridor und im Aufnahmeraum gemacht. EN Recording studio based in Berlin. We are an independent studio for hire on Peerspace which is equipped with two control rooms, one large recording room and a kitchen. All rooms are acoustically optimised for a great recording experience. The space is great for recording any kind of instruments, voice and sounds. It is used as a Recording and rehearsal space. All rooms are have high end acoustic installation and a very futuristic look. The corridor is usually used as a chill snd co-working area. A lot of photoshoots have been done in the corridor and the recording room.

ÜBERSTUNDEN Gemäß den Peerspace-Richtlinien werden Überstunden in Halbstundenschritten abgerechnet. Der Raum muss geräumt sein und alle Gegenstände, die in den Raum gebracht wurden, müssen bis zum Ende Ihrer Reservierung entfernt werden. Überstunden werden in Halbstundenschritten zum 1,5-fachen des angegebenen Stundensatzes in Rechnung gestellt. REINIGUNG/SCHÄDEN Die Reinigungsgebühr ist im Stundensatz inbegriffen, allerdings wird von den Gästen erwartet, dass sie den Raum in demselben Zustand verlassen, in dem sie ihn vorgefunden haben. Die Gäste müssen den Raum respektieren und wir bitten/schätzen es, dass die Gäste hinter sich selbst aufräumen. Die Gäste müssen alle von ihnen mitgebrachten Ausrüstungsgegenstände oder Leihgeräte wieder entfernen, und Sie sollten diese Auf- und Abbauzeit in Ihre Buchungszeit einrechnen. Bitte gehen Sie sorgsam mit unserem Raum um. An unseren Wänden dürfen keine Nägel, Schrauben, Heftklammern oder durchdringende Gegenstände verwendet werden. Klebeband oder gummiertes Trägermaterial muss ordnungsgemäß entfernt werden. Schäden (an Wänden, Böden, Möbeln usw.) werden über die bei Peerspace hinterlegte Kreditkarte abgerechnet. MÖBEL Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns im Voraus, wenn Sie Möbel im Raum verschieben müssen, um sie an die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Veranstaltung anzupassen. VERSCHIEDENES Das Rauchen ist im Raum nicht gestattet. Es darf kein Glitzer oder Konfetti verwendet werden. Offenes Feuer, Braten oder Kochen, das eine starke Rauchentwicklung verursacht, ist nicht gestattet, da unsere Räumlichkeiten nicht belüftet sind. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
