About the Space
This production space is located in the Inner Harbor East of Baltimore, MD. The space is walking distance from the National Aquarium. This place can be used for Photography, Videography, Podcast, Music Production/recording, Workshops, Events( birthdays 21+,Classes, Meetings, Etc. 20 People max), Yoga, Workouts, and more! We have two Sony A7iii cameras, 3 Aperture lights, 2 Rode microphones, 4 Shure Microphones, an Apollo Twin audio interface, a Rodecaster Pro, a Zoom H6 Handy recorder, two tripods, two c-stands, two light stands, A photo backdrop with multiple color options, 3 couch options, 3 tables, 7 chairs/stools, and an excellent staff that will assist you on your shoot.

Lighting description
Each room has tall windows equipped with blinds. Outside of the windows is a nice skyline view of downtown Baltimore. We have 4 dividers and some black out sheets to block the light, but for guaranteed results clients should bring their own block out tools.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is minimum noise from neighbors. Loud motors on the street can be heard occasionally. No noise from appliances and minimum noise from the AC.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be brought in through the front door to the building. There is three small steps that lead to an elevator that sends you up to the 5th floor.
Staging area is available
We have 4 rooms. Whichever one is not occupied can be used. We also have a closet room with a decent amount of space.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
No smoking, Tidiness, No spray painting, Children must be accompanied by an adult, No screws(hooks, nails etc.) in the walls, Music volume can’t interfere with other tents in the building, No misuse of furniture
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Most furniture can be moved around so the space is more convenient for you. Prior to shoot date we can accommodate moving furniture that you don't want there for your booking. Exclusions may apply.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
24 hour surveillance all over the building. All doors are locked and need a key for entrance. Security guard on duty during business hours
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All areas of the spaces will be cleaned and disinfected before and after every booking. Space is dusted and vacuumed daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
