About the Space

Designed to look like an Italian Villa in Tuscany, The Raspberry Sky Haus is located in Loomis, California on a private secluded drive way, perfect for creatives to get work done. The "Haus" has multiple shooting locations on 1/2 acre of property. The property is filled with lush greenery with water features, an outdoor kitchen and bathroom with shower as well as an on-site recording studio, vocal booth (dark room) All rentals include use of outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. The villa retains the charm of an old country italian residence. It has been renovated and furnished with period antiques, and is enhanced to create an intimate and intimate atmosphere. Especially fascinating is the pillars that surround the entrance to the home boxwood hedges, and wisteria vines whose perfume is characteristic of our garden, acts as a frame that keep emerging from the grounds The surroundings – can be customized to create set designs specific to your needs. The availability of large parking areas for trucks, equipment and catering, a few meters from the villa though shielded from view, was particularly appreciated by directors and production companies with whom we collaborated.

House Rules: Security deposit $500 required prior to booking, which will be returned after event is completed and host checks property. Setup and break down is included in booking hours. Manual gates will be unlocked and opened when your reservation starts; and you are expected to vacate completely by the end of your reservation time. The space must be vacated (including vendors and guests), and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our house walls at any time. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Smoking is prohibited inside dwelling except in designated area (by recording studio) Outside catering is allowed Kitchen & Nook is to be used for food preparation and display only Trash must be taken out from all used areas. -kitchen surfaces must be wiped clean If outdoor furniture or decor is rearranged it must be moved back to original location All ages are allowed in the space. If under 18 they must be accompanied by legal guardian or agent.
