Welcome to Anthem Live Studios. Our newly renovated multi-media studio is a unique piece of architecture for creatives. This listing is for our "Live Room" located in the rear of our studio. With a 20-foot ceiling, abundant parking surrounding the building, and the most creatively designed space in the region. Our space is ground level with two entry ways, one located in the front of the building and in the rear. Guests have access to our garage door entry way, perfect for load-in and load-out. About Space: This unique studio space is located on Garden of the Gods Road only minutes from the 1-25 freeway and Downtown Colorado Springs. This location offers quick and easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and the world famous Garden of the Gods - a world renowned tourist destination. With direct access to Garden of the Gods Road, the space offers guests access to our 1890 square feet space and 20 foot ceilings inside our newly renovated industrial space. Our space also comes with a warehouse door access for a fresh breeze and immediate access to onsite parking. Ample room for seating, tables, and comes with 8x8 elevated stage. Guests will also have access to our high speed internet. The space is perfect for band practice, photoshoots, music video shoots, green screen use, and so much more. Additional Time: - Set-up/Rental/Equipment Drop-off prior to event date for full day rental - Multi-Day rentals available Other Important Info: - All spaces should be broom swept before vacating. All trash must be taken out (dumpsters outside) NOTE: This listing is exclusively for our Live Room and does not include any other space in our building. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned and disinfected daily as there aren't many high tough surfaces. It is professionally cleaned once per week. Hand sanitizer is provided upon entry and paper towels and disinfecting wipes can be found in the bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
