Book the space empty or add extras to help complete your project. Host a meeting, podcast, photography shoot, showing and so much more in this perfect tranquil space right in the heart of Houston, Fourth Ward. Utilize the backyard area for photography or meeting space as well. The 4th Studio offers a place to focus on creating. PACKAGE SHOWN INCLUDES: 2 tables, 8 chairs, bluetooth speaker, dry erase easel, pens, pencils, and paper. Want more or less? We offer Add-Ons or need more of a customized special package, message us. We are happy to accommodate! THE SPACE: -250 sqft -Vaulted ceilings -Entry table and coat rack -Powder room with mirror and clothes rack -2 Track lights with multicolor LED bulbs -Vinyl wood flooring throughout -2 Arched windows with seating -1 Window in powder room -White studio walls -AC mini split ADDITIONS: Tables, chairs, dry erase easel, projector, podcast mics + mixer, muslin backdrop, lighting equipment and so much more. The 4th Studio is happy to accommodate your needs. We can outsource any respectable request through our partners. From catering, photographers, to rentals and much more. Late night stays after 10pm and overnight stays are available upon approval.
