- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and very clean. I ran into a scheduling issue with the venue after booking was settling, but the host was responsive and did her her best to correct the issue.

I can't thank Nicole enough. I rented another property on peerspace. That canceled the day before my staff and client appreciation. I needed a new space fast, on a holiday. The home was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you so much from me and my team!
