- Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. - Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! - In case of any accidental damage, please let us know. We’ll look into the issue to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. - We hope you have a great time during your stay! However, we’d need you to keep quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. - We love animals, but please clean up after them and try to keep them off the furniture.. - Clean Your Dirty Dishes and put trash in the bin before check-out. - Turn lights, AC and heat off when away. - Return furniture and other items back to where you found it. - If you borrowed anything from the house, please return it. - We're not judgemental about what you choose to smoke, as long as it's legal, but there is no smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside. Please clean up after yourself, we want all our guests to enjoy the property. Guests violating this no-smoking policy will forfeit the Guest security deposit. - We are not against you enjoying your place, but there is a total ban on parties in short term rentals. Limit the number of non-registered guests at the house. Breaking this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
