Apartment mit schönem Interior in Berlin

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Wintergarten und ein Schlafzimmer. Es ist sehr hell und ruhig draußen, da wir Blick auf den Garten und das Hinterhaus haben. Der Raum ist perfekt für Video- oder Fotoshootings, da ich sogar Fotokulissen in verschiedenen Farben und auch Fotolampen habe, aber auch für kleine Zusammenkünfte, Frauen-/Männerkreise oder Zeremonien oder Work Outs, Abendessen und Baby-Shows wäre es toll - nur muss ich einen Tisch dafür organisieren. Ich selbst bin Fotografin und Tänzerin, so dass ich den Raum dafür nutze, aber er ist auch nicht riesig, deshalb halte ich den Preis fair. Ich habe eine arabische Ecke, wo man auf dem Boden auf einem Futon sitzen kann mit schönen bunten Lichtern am Abend. Ich habe ein paar alte Möbel im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, die sich gut für ein Shooting eignen und auch der Wintergarten mit den Pflanzen. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr hellen und freundlich Vibe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ich eine Hängematte und einen Hängesessel zu nutzen. Auch sind Aktivitäten wie hängendes Yoga (ariel) und andere Trainingsmöglich. EN: The apartment has a large living room, a conservatory and a bedroom. It is very bright and quiet outside, as we have a view of the garden and the back house. The room is perfect for video or photo shoots as I even have photo backdrops in different colors and also photo lights, but it would also be great for small gatherings, women's/men's circles or ceremonies or work outs, dinners and baby shows - just need to organize a table for them. I myself am a photographer and dancer so I use the space for that, but it's not huge either so I think the price is fair. I have an Arabic corner where you can sit on the floor on a futon with beautiful colored lights in the evening. I have some old furniture in the bedroom and living room which is great for a shoot and also the winter garden with the plants. The apartment has a very bright and friendly vibe. There is the possibility I use a hammock and a hanging chair. Also activities like hanging yoga (ariel) and other workouts are possible.
