About the Space
Open space perfect for business meetings, parties and video shoots. Great space for gathering with friends/ conducting interviews or music videos/production shoots, casting calls/call backs. Pool table available for an additional charge. Host your birthday party, gender reveal, reception or baby shower. Two private bathrooms for you and your guests.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
No drinks or food on the pool table
No sitting on the pool table
No repositioning the television
No moving or repositioning of the pool table
Closed off room is off limits (no access)
Outside catering allowed
Use of pool table additional fee $50
An additional fee of $100 will be implemented if the pool table is moved.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
8 cameras throughout the lounge, excluding the bathrooms. They will be on at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Before and after each booking a thorough disinfectant cleaning is completed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
