This space doubles as our office and home and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the South Bay. The rentable area is 1,300sf and is perfect for portrait sessions, product shoots, fashion shoots, creative projects, and meetings. We are located in the mission of San Francisco, near Tartine factory. We have quick access to freeways, and around the corner is several hip Cafes and designer galleries. The studio features a modern vibe with high ceilings with one plain white wall as well. there is a rare find rooftop patio that is 500 ft with endless SF view on top of the loft, easy access with equipment using utility door. There are six large windows that allow tons of natural and dynamic direct light to come in. We have a beautiful Albany Park Kova pit sofa, with feather blend seat cushions and comes as modular pieces to create endless configurations to fit your needs. several chairs/stools that are included in your rental. There is 2 private bathrooms. Our studio is easily accessible by car and we have ample free street parking nearby **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy. The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. Please treat our studio as if it was your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/setups. If your project requires more than 6 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$10/hour surcharge.
