About the Space

Beautiful open airy space. Perfect space for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Workshops + Corporate Events. The space has ceiling-high operational windows, a private dark + moody lounge, marble-top bistro tables optimal for photographs, two ADA bathrooms, a full commercial kitchen (for workshops), and tons of natural light. Safe, very walkable neighborhood with lots of amenities. In-house, customizable catering available at an additional cost. Gluten-free + Vegan options.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This is a very cute venue. Sequoia was a dream to work with. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but overall we had a great experience and would use the space again.

My husband and I hosted our baby shower at this space. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sequoia & Landon!!!! Their level of service, responsiveness, and vision for creating good vibes is unmatched. THE FOOD IS SOOOO GOOD! Highly recommend going with their in house catering. The pulled pork sliders, chili lime shrimp, and kale salad were crowd favorites!
