About the Space

This house is GREAT for desert views and photo/video shoots. The home is a simple space so you'd most likely want to use the property which is on 5 acres has great valley and mountain views. It backs to Bureau of Land Management Land so it is not around many neighbors. The property features a mini golf course, a small hike up mosaic stairs to a look-out bench, outdoor bathtubs. The home has AC, full kitchen, laundry and makes a great spot to recharge.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Amazing and beautiful location! We shot a short film here and absolutely were blown away by the space! The yard and views are unbeatable!! Can’t wait to come back. Easy check in , very secluded!
