About the Space
This house is a wonderful space to do photoshoots, meetings, screenings and parties. This house includes a 500 sq ft game room area, a theater room and a 1400 sq ft back yard with a 15 ft round pool. The game room and be cleared for different type of events. We have a full kitchen to hold food and 2 full bathrooms.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras around the perimeter of the property for safety and security. There is absolutely NO cameras inside of the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have professional cleaners that use Covid-19 approved disinfectants to maintain the entire property in a clean environment. There are disinfectant wipes left for guests to use to wipe behind themselves after use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

I wish I could rate 10 stars. Kami is such a fantastic host!! And her place we great for our shoot. I loved working with her. Don't think it twice, if this location fits your need, you won't find a better one.
