About the Space

Updated Victorian with bohemian charm. On a dead end street with frequent street parking. Large front porch, back deck and large back patio with gazebo and serene yard space. Open living/dining area on main floor with large kitchen area. Contemporary, artsy vibe to all three floors. 4 Bedrooms, one home office. 2.5 baths. 3 car driveway. Great for film production, photo shoots, small events and meetings.

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Lora and Robert were wonderful and the house is incredible. I had a babyshower for my sister in the blue house and i couldn't have asked for anything better. The backyard is just so lovely and the whole thing was just perfect.

Lora and Rob worked with us each step of the way (including agreeing to a couple Zoom calls to go over the details) to ensure we held a fantastic event (ours was the launch party for our new literary magazine) that utilized their spacious and well-kept event space to the fullest. I recommend Modern Blue Home highly to anyone looking for a welcoming and warm atmosphere capable of hosting a wide range of event types, and with kind hosts who make themselves available to help ensure your event is successful.
