About the Space
Please note at the outset: 1. We do not accept booking requests for fewer than our minimum hours. 2. Our guest limit and hours are correct as listed. Thanks. Book the wedding of your dreams at our location! We would love to host your wedding of 50 or fewer guests in attendance. Included in all bookings: -Beautiful stained wood tables with seating for 50 -Beautiful stained wood benches with seating for 50. -A beautiful stained wood wedding arch. A picture of one of our tables and bench sets is the last picture in our photos. Flat rate pricing and hours: Weddings up to 30 guest in attendance: $850 Weddings up to 50 guests in attendance: $2,000 Hours rented: 12 noon to 3 PM for set up ; 3 PM to 8:00 PM for ceremony and reception ; 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM for cleanup. No DJs permitted. Important note, weddings of 30 guests in attendance must arrive in 13 or fewer vehicles total. Price is subject to increase if more than 13 total vehicles arrive. This enchanted, historic residence and the surrounding grounds were laid down in 1895 at the center of a lemon orchard. The lemon orchard is gone but the 126 year old mansion remains -fully restored to its 1895 grandeur inside and out. The house is situated on a hill top that provides stunning views making for a PERFECT event backdrop. The surrounding and spacious (2 acre) gardens and lawns will impress -towering 126 year old trees hem in the property and provide privacy. The interior of the house is fashioned beautifully with art and furniture, including bar and pool table + multiple elegant seating arrangements for photos. Natural light photographers will love the evening light as it filters through the trees. The "golden hours" for natural light photography are the two hours before sunset. Experience this magnificently fashioned piece of San Diego County's ranching history -almost none of which still exists now. This place is even more beautiful in person. No need to bring a backdrop they have you covered. If you are worried about lighting don't be they have extras. Also, the property is to die for you will not only be getting the house but the lovely view that comes with it.
