Hip Urban Studio Apartment

My little studio apartment is good for: Small meetings/gatherings Photo shoots Video shoots Artsy film video Traveling meetings Traveling rest hub Cooking videos The space is on the third floor of a building and there is no elevator. This is a studio apartment so there is a bed in the space that only takes up the corner. There are six chairs, a small loveseat couch and a small pullout futon (twin size). There’s is a full kitchen that you can use, a dining table that also doubles as a big desk, a very small couch, lots of plant life around, a full bathroom and six chairs. There’s also a small pullout futon and a queen bed. The bed always has white sheets and blankets. The couch is also white with white pillows. The color theme is white and grey with natural greens from the plants as well as natural wood colors and texture. I try to keep it bright feeling good in the space. There is a Keurig with pods for you. There is also a Nespresso with pods for you to use as well. The kitchen has all you need to cook but if you are doing cooking videos and want nice pots and plates you should bring your own. My plates are white and my ceramic pots are black. I have random utensils, cups and mugs that don’t really match. I have a Keurig as well as a Nespresso machine. Please request coffee and I will have it stocked with pods.
