Versatile space with tons of natural light. The space provides shelving on the back wall that can be used for product placement. The venue has a large open area with large windows surrounding the front of the venue. Access to a full bathroom and full kitchen. Space also contains a smaller area connected to the kitchen that can be used as a bar, dining area, photo booth, buffet area...etc. Space can be used for Pop-ups, Art shows, Music Events, Mixers, Fundraising events, Yoga Classes, Photo Shoots, Workshops…etc. WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE: The space includes a bar table that can be used or removed. Up to 7 cocktail tables with black covers. Tables and chairs for 40 people. Black table and chair covers. White available upon request. 2 LED lights that can be placed around the venue. Lighting inside the venue are also color LED lights to offer you a unique experience. Includes an area that can be used by a makeup artist or stylist. LOCATION: Location, location, location!!!! The space was nice once decorated and our event came together. Beware, booking says parking is available on sight, but it is share with a nearby restaurant for their valet. Your guests will have to park on the street, a couple of our guest's cars were towed.

This space was absolutely perfect for my intimate wedding. Sandy the host was very responsive! The stove broke the day before and she went out and bought a new one! My event ran over time and she was very willing to accommodate. I'm definitely using this venue on the future! When so much went wrong that day, the venue did not fail me.

I rented this space to throw my daughter and son in law a Halloween themed gender reveal party, for their first child and couldn’t have been any happier! I would first like to start by saying that the Sandy was such an amazing host! She was so accommodating and had such a great, happy personality. The location was perfect! Being in Downtown Montrose, it allowed for us to, not only enjoy the space we rented but the downtown environment after! She had also changed the colorful lights outside to reflect the theme of the party. The location was clean, a full bathroom and a kitchen that we had access to. There were plenty of outlets, clean trash cans indoors to cleanup as we went and she also allowed us to utilize the corner outside space, to do the actual reveal, with our smoke bombs and pumpkins 🎃 The parking was not a problem at all, considering there was a small lot we had access to, but primarily street parking! Overall, I would highly recommend this awesome spot for an event that is expected to present a comfy , cozy feel for any occasion. Thank you Sandy 👍🏽
