Attendee Pricing (per hour): 1-40 +$0 40-70 + $100 Anything after 8pm is $300 an hour + any additional attendee pricing. If you'd like to go past midnight please add the after hours add on @$500 hr. - - - This tastefully decorated 3 story modern home is centrally located in the hills of Silver Lake, and boasts stunning panoramic views. Highlights include a beautiful living room and kitchen, Piano, and Smart Home technology throughout. In the backyard enjoy a calming terrace with fruit trees, views of downtown, outdoor furniture and a fire pit. On the roof, find an entertainer's dream deck with an amazing panoramic view (from downtown to Griffith park and beyond), a BBQ, wet bar, picnic table, outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Please note: the rental does not include the garage or any bedroom but the master can be rented as an add on if desired.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
