About the Space
Huge 1200 square foot backyard perfect for outdoor events. Beautiful trees and plants surrounds the space. Yard can be used for yoga events, baby showers, or events like birthdays and photo shoots. Outside food/beverage, decorations all ok. It's the perfect blank canvas for your next outdoor event! Additional notes: Rental is for outdoor space only. Please note there are no bathrooms on the property, they must be rented. There is sufficient space in the back corner for set up, and we're happy to coordinate for you.

- No music passed 11pm.
- No confetti or silly string.
- Do not block driveways or sidewalks in the neighborhood.
-Vendor set up/pickup: any additional time that property needs to be accessed outside of scheduled booking window, will be charged at regular hourly rate. We can usually accommodate access day before or pickups the following day, but it is based on space availability and again, will be charged standard hourly rate while on property.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We ensure a safe and clean space for your special occasion.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
