About the Space

Welcome to our multi-use studio! This 650-square foot space is in a single story building of a small plaza with 4 other small businesses. One business being a small convenience store that makes great sandwiches! The studio is located about a few minute drive and 15min walk from Millbrae Bart Station, free parking space upon entering plaza. The studio has south-east facing window at the end. The natural light that comes in is beautiful. This space is perfect use for any class, teaching, bridal or baby shower, photoshoot, beauty events, makeup studio with the individual space with high chairs, or any event that desires good lighting. There is also an additional enclosed private room in the back that could be used for outfit changes or office. A small bathroom with sink and toilet is also included. This space uniquely features beauty light bars surrounds a full wall of mirrors! With light grey wood pattern vinyl floor tastefully installed and goes great with the space. Floral wallpaper on an accent wall. Since the space is on the first floor, there is a small outside area with a bench.

General Rules Overtime: please reach out to us directly to make sure there is no other renters right after you. If for any reason, your event has gone over time, without communicating with us. We will be charging a 1.5x overtime fee to your booking. Please treat our space as it is your own, leave it as you found it. - No smoking/vaping - No smoke/fog machines - No glitter/confetti - Currently not providing any seamless paper. - Dump out water before you recycle any drinks. - No moving furniture and decorations - No smoke machines allowed - Nudity is allowed Here is our guideline during Covid-19, please follow to provide a safe environment for you, your guests, and our neighbors. Those who violate these guidelines will be asked to leave the premises. • Mask preferred to be worn 100% of the time, both inside and outside of the studio (I.e. when you head out to grab things or use the restrooms...) Models can have masked off during makeup prep time + shoot time only. • Studio provides hand washing stations, hand sanitizers, wipes. etc. • HMUA must wear a face shield, especially during prep time. • Please sanitize and wash your hands in the bathroom before event starting. • We encourage a BYO environment. I.e. coffee mug, reusable water bottle, utensils.etc • Communal food is not allowed. • Please clean up after yourself, throw away any used Kleenex, and use sanitizer wipes yourself to avoid shared/touched items. • If you have recently come in contact with covid positive patient or you have been tested positive, please do not risk coming into the studio. • If you are feeling any sort of cold (cough, sore throat, headache...etc), sickness, allergies, please do not risk coming into the studio. Please help us provide a safe environment, so we are able to continue allowing rentals + providing our studio to you by following all the rules and guidelines. We have a motion sensor monitor in the studio for liability.
