About the Space
Enjoy a truly unique experience with your stay at the Firecliff Estate. A custom-built home featuring 3k square feet of living space with a foot basement / rumpus room / entertainment zone. Enjoy panoramic golf course views in the backyard while swimming in the saltwater pool & spa or lounging in one the four separate outdoor sitting areas. Located within minutes of El Paseo, grocery stores, exquisite dining, shopping, golf, tennis and even the zoo, you cannot find a better location!

Parking description
3 parking spots in garage and 3 parking spots in the driveway. A golf cart takes one spot in the garage.
General Rules
- Heating the pool is $100 a day and heating the spa is $50 a day.
-Smoking allowed outside only
- Please do not sublet the property in any way
- We ask that you do not bring additional/unauthorized guests to the house unless receiving prior approval (This includes having a party or hosting an event)
- Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the person who books.
- By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests, or licensees or their personal property.
While on the property, please observe these rules:
-Please operate and safeguard the premises including, landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.
-Please refrain from loud noises and anything else you think might disturb and annoy the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day. If cops are called to this address guests can be charged up to a 5 thousand dollar fine.
Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Tuesday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Monday evening.
Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.
Before you leave: - Turn off all lights and electrical devices - Lock all doors

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
House is cleaned at the best potential. Pool guy comes weekly
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
