Welcome to The Graymont Getaway! Designed with peace and serenity in mind, this cozy Bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. With authentic Indian art and pops of color, this space makes the perfect backdrop for any set! The home features a massive backyard space which can also be used for outside scenes. Conveniently located, The Graymont Getaway is 10 mins from the airport.

General Rules
This is a kid friendly home and clean home - Absolutely no outside shoes on rug!
-Absolutely NO parties of any kind.
-Number of guests must not exceed number on actual reservation. Any visitors should be okayed by host prior to arrival.
-Respect the historic and quiet neighborhood and neighbors. No noise disturbances will be tolerated.
-No smoking allowed inside home. Smoking is allowed on front porch and outside areas.
-NO Marijuana or other illegal substances allowed inside or outside of property.
-Quiet hours begin at 11:30 pm
-When parking, use driveway and do not block any neighbors driveway or park in front of houses.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All cameras are outside of the home and record at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
