The studio is a brand new private state of the art music recording studio , equipped with three rooms and caters to one client at a time. Room 1# the very spacious star ceiling lounge area which includes 65 inch television and gaming system leather couches that can entertain up to 10 guest Room #2 The actual control room is beautiful wood grain acoustically balanced to provide optimum sound conditions for the professional musician/producer , it includes two tv monitors to watch games or play videos while recording , motion lighting system that can flash to the beat of the drums the actual equipment is apple based Protools (waves Plug ins) but FL studios is also available , Avalon VT-737 sp, Distressor, Compressor, Audient id44 interface, Focal mixing speakers and several Main speaker selection for play back Room #3 recording booth : is big enough to record a full band equipped with a Newman U87 microphone but we have others available

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
