The standard rental period is 2 hours or more anytime between 8AM and 8PM. An excellent location for content photo fashion shoot, lots of nooks for product shoots, advertising shoot or film location. Gorgeous light, painted + wallpapered walls, and unusual art, furnishings and decor. It is in a wonderfully diverse family neighborhood filled with friendly people walking around throughout the day, a variety of architecture, and it is just 15 minute walk from Downtown Oakland. It's a 20-minute walk to Lake Merritt Bart, a 4 min car ride, or a 7 min bus ride. PLEASE NOTE: My maximum number of attendees is 4 and anything over that is $25/hr for each additional person up to 8. This covers wear and tear, which inevitably happens with larger groups. No outside shots of the property to protect safety and no filming or loitering in common areas or lobby.
