The standard rental period is 2 hours or more anytime between 8AM and 8PM. An excellent location for content, photo, fashion shoot, and lots of nooks for product shoots, advertising shoots or short film location. The space is very quiet great for Youtube videos and Podcasts- there is also a walk-in closet if you need extra soundproofing. Gorgeous light, painted + wallpapered walls, unusual art, furnishings and decor. It is in a wonderfully diverse family neighborhood filled with friendly people walking around throughout the day, a variety of architecture, and is just 1 block from San Leandro Bart. PLEASE NOTE: My maximum number of attendees is 5 and anything over that is $25/hr for each additional person up to 8. This covers wear and tear, which inevitably happens with larger groups. No outside shots of the property to protect safety and no filming or loitering in common areas or lobby.
