Welcome to our space on the Missouri River blocks from the River Market area of Kansas City, MO. This space is designed to offer you choices of hosting your special event whether it's a baby shower, wedding shower, client appreciation party, or office meeting. It was great working with Anita! She was prompt to respond to any questions I had, very pleasant to work with, and has a lovely space. Several people asked how I found her during the event. This space was great with a full kitchen to set up our food, a room to have our food set out, a larger room to eat in, a place for the kids to hang out at, and a dreamy back patio. Really, it was quite lovely! A perfect place to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends and family.

Anita was a great host. She was accommodating, very fast at responding and had a lovely space that was true to the photo album. While there were some issues about finding the place that were out of her control, the baby shower was a hit and I would recommend anyone to book with Anita in the future.

I booked this space for a networking event for the women in public finance organization. Anita was very responsive and helped us set up and clean up the event. There was some construction the day of our event which made the space a little harder to find. Anita reached out and gave us step by step instructions to make it as easy as possible. The inside of the event space was decorated nicely and provided plenty of space for our event. I would recommend this space.

This by far is one of the best places to have a special event. The proprietor is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure you and your guests are happy. A lot of places go through the standard routine of rental and treat you that way, but not here. They really do care! You are truly treated with the utmost respect, and not “ just another renter.” The venue itself is AMAZING! We had a wedding rehearsal dinner for a party of 60 and it turned out FANTASTIC! There was plenty of space for kids to play and the families to bond. The best part of the venue is the patio. It is an absolute delightful addition to the venue. My favorite part was watching the family gather around the blue Crystal fire pit. It warmed my heart! That’s when I knew, we had picked the perfect place. There is a lot to be said when a place makes you feel so comfortable that it could be your home away from home. All you need to bring is everything required for the food, drink, music and guests. The ambience and stylish home/business setting are already included. Tucked away near the bottoms of downtown KC, this venue is a hidden jewel for any occasion!
