About the Space

Welcome to our space on the Missouri River blocks from the River Market area of Kansas City, MO. This space is designed to offer you choices of hosting your special event whether it's a baby shower, wedding shower, client appreciation party, or office meeting. Up to approximately 3,000 square feet is ready to use to host your event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Riverview Event Space calls for a unique experience to celebrate and host friends and family - this beautiful venue has it ALL. There’s a beautiful and elegant lobby followed by the main hall, two bathrooms, a full kitchen area, rooms for food and beverages and a spectacular private patio with bar, lounging furniture, decorative lighting and fire pits! Anita, the hostess, is your right hand. She guided us every step of the way suggesting helpful and smart ideas for a truly successful event. She went far and beyond our expectations in helping us set up and was truly remarkable and accommodating, especially because we had a family emergency right before the party celebration!!). She truly, generously, kindly and selflessly, accommodated our needs beyond our expectations - making our party a success and a hit. You won’t go wrong in booking this unique experience and venue! The best in the Kansas City area!

It was great working with Anita! She was prompt to respond to any questions I had, very pleasant to work with, and has a lovely space. Several people asked how I found her during the event. This space was great with a full kitchen to set up our food, a room to have our food set out, a larger room to eat in, a place for the kids to hang out at, and a dreamy back patio. Really, it was quite lovely! A perfect place to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends and family.

Anita was a great host. She was accommodating, very fast at responding and had a lovely space that was true to the photo album. While there were some issues about finding the place that were out of her control, the baby shower was a hit and I would recommend anyone to book with Anita in the future.
