About the Space

A Rustic and cozy property with beautiful spaces including a huge and beautiful patio with mature trees that can be used as the ideal backdrop for weddings, baby showers, gender reveals or for any occasion. Enjoy the paver and grass mixed areas and walkways with open spaces allowing for flexible use to compliment any style of your event. Also, you and your guest will have access to a furnished 2-bedroom space with 2 baths, a Kitchen, and living room. We have an attached Boho room available for any special occasion. There is enough parking provided for your party. We are situated in an excellent and convenient location in Chandler, that is 6 mins from Downtown Chandler; 10 mins from Downtown Gilbert; 10 mins from Santan village; 5 mins from the Loop 202 south freeway; 10 mins from the Loop 101 freeway; and 10 mins from the US60 freeway. If you need any chairs, tables or any party décor we have an "in-house" party rental company called Anyela's Party Rentals. For more information please contact us, we have special packages that will fit all of your event needs. If you do not see what you need, let us know. We do not accept outside party rental equipment, with the exception of certain circumstances such out of stock items or items that Anyelas Party Rentals does not provide. You are allowed to bring your food. Sunday to Thursday - Minimum rental time allowed 1 hour.

If you move decor around, it must be placed back into its original place and position. You can bring your food. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the facility - smoking must be done in the designated smoking areas. NO Pets No drugs NO Pornography of any kind No Loud music after 11:00PM Flower petals are not allowed. No decor comprised of small granules. Including, but not limited to; confetti, glitter, sand, rice, beads, etc... can be used as decor or for the grand exit. Wax candles are not allowed, only battery candles. NOTHING can be hung/taped/staples/command-stripped/etc. To the walls, ceilings, or curtains. Furniture located inside the house cannot be moved outside. Artwork cannot be taken off of the walls. If serving alcohol, Renter is responsible for supervising and controlling alcohol intake inside the premises. Alcohol is not allowed for underage guest. Renter will not hold responsible for any physical harm that is suffered or any property damage that is incurred from activities related to the event. For events of more than 50 guest we require a bartender that is licensed and holds HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE. Please note if your Professional Bartending Service leaves prior to the event ending, no further liquor can be served since the service provided the insurance. Alcohol cannot be sold (no cash bars) we do not have a liquor license to sell alcohol. Alcohol service cannot exceed 6 hours. All material, products provided by your vendors (Caterers, Beverage Service, etc.) must be removed by the contracted end time of your event. Please, you are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of scheduled end time. Please allow yourself enough time to clean up. Inside rooms, outside areas, Kitchen and Service Bar are required to be returned in the condition they are received. If you go over your allotted booking time you will be charged time and a half through the Peerspace app/website. Any furniture items or props broken or damaged on set will be replaced at full cost on behalf of production. You will also incur a service replacement fee.

Yes, I would book again.

Spacious backyard, but really consider what you are going to do to set up and tear down. I would suggest a 1.5 hour set up and 1 hour pull down plus the hours of the party (minimum). Note that the tables and chairs need to be separately sourced from the owner's different rental business. Parking was super limited and could not accommodate the number of guests that the backyard could host. Furthermore, the dirt part of the parking space was muddy and we could not park there without the worry of the cars getting stuck (we rented Dec). Communication was great; we received the code to enter hours before but didn't enter until the start of our event hour. The check out was fairly simple. There were two folks who came at the end to do the walk through. In all, a good space. Just make sure that you visit it prior to the party to plan the day.
