About the Space

Milkshake Creative Studios offers a large, single room loft for photo and video production and other small artistic endeavors. Whitewashed walls and industrial windows lend a unique aesthetic and the polished cement floors allow peace of mind for moving heavy equipment or getting a little messy. The total available space after moving furniture and equipment is 700sqf but the space that's instantly available is about 500sqf. After moving wheeled furniture and equipment the space is about 650sqf. The kitchen is also available for use, either personal or as a set/prop. Some photo/video equipment is available for rent. The host will be onsite for all productions. Coffee and troubleshooting assistance are free!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
