Art Gallery, Industrial Loft Feel with Great Natural Light

This space is a hidden gem right in the heart of Newton Centre, MA. Our 1,500 square foot art gallery offers beautiful brick walls and dark hardwood floors. With an open layout, high ceilings, and large windows giving off great natural lighting, this event space has the feel of an elegant loft. Since we are a contemporary art gallery, our rotating exhibition schedule provides our clients with exciting artwork that adds a unique backdrop to any event. It works particularly well for events such as: -Corporate retreats -Networking Events -Rehearsal Dinners -Family Reunions -Birthday Parties -Musical Performances Capacity: 88 people *Although we can host 88 people, through our experience we have learned that our spaces houses 50-60 people comfortably. If you are planning a sit-down event, we can host (8) 48" tables comfortably. Any more than that would make the space feel crowded. Furniture/equipment: We have furniture and other equipment on-site that can be rented at a very low rate including: -Folding tables -L-shaped desk -36"x 60" Rustic Wood Table (High) -Blue upholstered couch -Wood coffee table -Area Rug -Stools - (1) High top table - PA System, two speakers, and microphone - 40 Beer glasses - Bar Equipment - Linens - Lighting Kit - Spot Lighting We also work with a few third party providers who can supply any additional furniture needs. We can facilitate the ordering at no additional charge. Catering: We have no limitations on catering. This is typically organized by the client, but are happy to provide suggestions for local restaurants and bar services in the area. We do not have a kitchen.
