ONE OF A KIND HISTORIC WATER TOWER HOUSE. Venue is steps from the sand, stands 88 feet in the air offering unsurpassed 360* views of the Pacific Ocean, Huntington Harbor and local Mountains. Featuring an elevator to living and dining areas, the 4BR, 4 bath home's interior is navigated via beautiful wooden spiral staircases. Spacious, top level Rotunda has hosted high end wine tastings, special celebrations, being perfectly suited upscale engagements, announcements, and presentations. In-house catering provided by high profile executive chef and culinary author. First floor offers a water feature to greet guests before they are lifted by elevator to upper floors. Next level presents a wrap around deck including a hot tub, bar area and incredible views. Living area on the next level includes full kitchen, dining area, living room with flat screen TV, and guest bath. Spiral oak staircase leads to 2 CA King Master Suites, one with step down rain shower, both with full ocean views. Top level spacious rotunda boasts 4 suspended TVs, bar and serving area, stained glass cupola and nonstop views in every direction. Possibilities are endless: Watch March Madness, World Series, Super Bowl in your own Sports Bar. Special engagements, high end wine tastings, special celebrations and presentations have all graced the Water Tower House Rotunda.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
