About the Space

A long and hidden driveway framed with lush landscaping draws you in towards a space that you never knew existed. The road curves to the left as this secluded mid-century modern estate is revealed. The driveway expands in front of the house into a resort-style entrance. Enter the home by walking over an elevated wood-planked path flanked by trees and decorative lighting and arrive to an impressive floor-to-ceiling glass wall surrounding the front door allowing you to peak into the much-anticipated unique architecture inside this truly unique home.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No, I would not book again.

Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had in CA with a Peerspace house. The host was present during the entire filming (this was not discussed in multiple contacts beforehand) and caused multiple noise disruptions. Neither house interior nor exterior were ready for filming on arrival so plan to spend about 1 hour cleaning up the yard and living spaces as part of your time. Also expect the host to charge additional money after the shoot even if they've agreed to be flexible ahead of time. Avoid.
