About the Space
A North African inspired oasis with enormous skylights allowing natural light to pour into the riad-like sanctuary. An assortment of palms and cascading greenery brings life and vibrancy to the space. A hand crafted custom barn door highlights the open lobby space as the statement piece. There is also a multi-use room that can be used for meetings, child care and storage. Amenities include tea bar, healthy snacks, and for an extra charge, access to the modalities in each treatment room (infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, lymphatic draining massage, meditation).

Ample street parking available. Metered parking lot two blocks away, and parking garage three blocks away.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed and food and non-water beverages can only be consumed in the lobby area.
Alcohol cannot be consumed in conjunction with access to modalities.
Shoes may only be work in the lobby and shoes must be taken off before entering the sanctuary.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras in the front lobby aimed at the door, as well as in the sanctuary aimed at the fire escape door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
All surfaces are sanitized and cleaned. Appointments a d booking are spaced apart to ensure adequate air circulation.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
