About the Space
Ìpàdé is a Black woman-owned venue in the heart of DC’s Dupont Circle. Your rental of the space will directly support Black women entrepreneurs and professionals of color in the DC metro area. We’re happy to open our doors to all for exclusive venue rentals. Our venue is flexible to a variety of needs from video production, work retreats, to social celebrations. This space can comfortably hold up to 100 guests. The Space: ● Centrally located in the heart of DC’s Dupont Circle ● Flexible space with multiple layouts: lounge area with ample seating, private meeting spaces, conference room ● Decorated with beautiful artwork created by Black women artists across the diaspora ● Black woman-owned venue ● Great for film production, team gatherings and meetings, wellness retreats, pop ups, film screenings, listening parties, birthday brunches, rehearsal dinners, weddings, and more Amenities: • LED screen with HDMI • Kitchen and bar space • Two bathrooms inside the space • Accessible entrance • WiFi for event hosts and guests Pricing: Please note that the pricing listed is for business hours of Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. The price increases for bookings after 6 PM and on weekends. Notes: Please note this venue functions as a co-working space during business hours 9 AM to 6 PM ET. We do allow and accommodate photography and filming on-site during these times. Please reach out with questions about how you can shoot on-site during co-working hours. Getting Here: Parking is available on the street or in the garage directly across from the venue. We are located a 3-minute walk from the Dupont Circle metro station north exit.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
