This small intimate event space is ideal for small parties, meetings, pop-ups, photo and film shoots, classes, paint and sips, film premieres, gender reveals /baby showers, sports viewing events and the list goes on. Brownsville space is moments away from restaurants and grocery stores that can cater to your needs. Outside food and catering are welcome. This welcoming space is ideal for events geared towards 40 people or less.

I had an amazing experience hosting my 30th birthday here! Kevin communicated with me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions throughout the entire process and was very timely with everything. The space for my 25 guests perfectly! I wish they allowed me add photos so I could show how I decorated! We were able to fit 3 rectangle tables for food and drinks and a balloon arch. I would recommend this place to everyone for an intimate gathering!

Host had great accommodation! He was friendly and communicated very well. Easy to book and set up for my class. Only con I would say is that the space is too small to accommodate anything over 20 people. Otherwise great space for a smaller group

KEVIN IS EXCELLANT HOST AND IS GOOD AT Communications , and very accommodating , my brother's memorial was very good , for small event of no more. Then 25 -30 people this is ideal spot for you!!!
