This small intimate event space is ideal for small parties, meetings, pop-ups, photo and film shoots, classes, paint and sips, film premieres, gender reveals /baby showers, sports viewing events and the list goes on. Brownsville space is moments away from restaurants and grocery stores that can cater to your needs. Outside food and catering are welcome. This welcoming space is ideal for events geared towards 50 people or less.

Kevin’s place was great! His hospitality was even better. He ensured that everything was ready when we got there . I hosted a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and this was the perfect space. We had about 20 people but definitely room for more. I will be booking again in the future.
