About the Space
This is a single space studio with a Protools, Logic, Universal Audio recording studio. The studio has a great microphone auto tune, waves tune, half a universal audio catalog. The engineer is a Grammy winning audio Engineer. The studio is located in the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles it comes with plenty of parking 24 hour security guard.

General Rules
Please be respectful in the hallways and restrooms. It is not the guards job to open the door for people in the front so make sure you contact Studio when you arrive so the management can come down and let you in the building and show you to the recording studio.

All flat surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes after each session.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
