About the Space
The backyard can be used for Photography, Wedding Parties, Anniversary Parties, Birthday Parties, Yoga events. I offer an Outdoor California Room, with Gas and Charcoal BBA Grill, Refrigerator, Seating, TV, Outdoor Fan, Wood Burning Fire Pit, Bar on Deck, Heat Lamps, mood lighting and landscaping. There's also a garden area for outdoor games, large deck for equipment setup, large 7-10 person Swimspa and 10 person outdoor sauna. All of this with hilltop views of bay and hillsides of Benicia, Crockett, Martinez and Mt. Diablo.

General Rules
Events in the backyard would need to be wrapped up by 10pm (9pm cut off time for music). Please be respectable of the space.
No standing on any of the amenities
All cleaning of trash, debris etc is to be done by guests. Trash is to be collected and organized in black trash bags for dumping.
If there will be loud music, a notice to the host at the time of booking is required so that due diligence in the neighbor can be conducted.
Guest are required to schedule and have their own facilities (Porta Potties) delivered to the site.
All appliances are to be turned off after use.
Guest are required to bring their own firewood for burning (the fire pit will not be available for use on “spare the air” days.
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space will be thoroughly cleaned after each and every event
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
