About the Space

Our little home has the most amazing natural light every time of day. There are huge windows on every wall, and greenery on the other side. Great for brand shoots, family photo shoots, videos, ect. The entry way has a beautiful antique piano, leading into our bright dining room with unique pieces of furniture and art. This is my favorite space in the house because of how open and airy it is! That leads into our living area, round vaulted ceilings and more great light! We also have the master bedroom, which is bright and elegant along with a nursery. Our kitchen is very open as well, with redone countertops and quirky colorful vintage glasses! Our whole home can be used for any purpose, but those are the best areas!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Chloe was a great host! She was so helpful in getting her house prepped for our shoot. This house is a gem! Worked perfectly for our home photo shoot. So many different areas to use and we loved all her plants! Would recommend.
